What a beautiful house! The most amazing views off the back deck over looking the river and gorgeous mountain views! The house has everything you need! It is fully stocked and the decor is beautiful with so much attention to detail! VIP Vacation Sevices was amazing to deal with!

6th time to stay at River Rock Ridge. Very quiet stay. Really enjoyed back porch overlooking 3 splits of the San Juan River. Enjoyed watching the hummingbirds. The house is new, spacious and clean. They have a Keurig so bring your favorite coffee. They have an air fryer as well. VIP Services of Pagosa Springs took care of the reservation and concierge service. VIP Services maintained contact with us throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok. Made day trips to Durango, Silverton, Wolf Creek Pass (Lobo Scenic overlook), Southfork (Ramon’s Mexican Restaurant), Creede (Coffee on the Fly), Freemons General Store / Restaurant (beer battered fry’s and awesome hamburgers) heading towards Lake City from Creede off Hwy 149) Highly recommend this place if you just want to do nothing and do it well.

6th time to River Rock Ridge - Pagosa Springs, Co. Awesome view from the large back porch overlooking multiple parts of the San Juan River where it splits 3 ways. Very relaxing and quiet. The house is new, spacious and very clean. Recommend using VIP Services of Pagosa Springs to book this or other locations they manage.

6th time to stay here at River Rock Ridge. House is clean and has a perfect view of the mountains and just above 3 forks of the San Juan River. Very peaceful location. Enjoy morning coffee on the back deck while watching the hummingbirds. VIP Services of Pagosa Springs manages the house and very quick to respond if you need anything including concierge service. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Pagosa! We ate dinner on the deck most nights and slept with the windows open to hear the river. The cabin was spotless and SO comfortably furnished. We cooked most of our meals. The kitchen was stocked with ANY tool I could have wished for and beyond. This is a nature lovers dream cabin. We hiked, fished, and explored the area of Pagosa . Go see Treasure Falls , Lobo Outlook, and Chimney Rock!! Would be perfect for skiing at Wolf Creek. We also enjoyed the river rafting with Pagosa Outside and ask for Craig at Let It Fly for a fishing guide!! And of course you can’t miss the natural hot springs at the Springs and the spa was amazing!! Ask for David at the spa for an amazing massage!! Everything about the trip was wonderful!! This house and its views are gorgeous. It is just as described. The house was well stocked, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. The location is perfectly situated between the ski slopes and town! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely look at booking again.

We loved the house! When we walked in it was decorated for Christmas including a tall Christmas tree. The house had a great layout. It was well stocked with dishes, games and movies. The views from the back porch were awesome. We really enjoyed the view of the river in the backyard.

This house could NOT be in better location...lots of gorgeous views and the river running just below. We sat on the deck and looked at thousands of stars at night and watched daylight peep over the mountain in the mornings. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, located in a small, quiet neighborhood and has everything you need. Will definitely look this one up again for a future visit. This rental was amazing! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. It had everything we needed or wanted--kitchen appliances (air fryer, crock pot, waffle iron), condiments in refrigerator, nice dishes and cookware, relaxing balcony with heat lamps, comfortable living area. I would like to clone this place and take it with me on all future vacations!

In the past, I had a bad experience renting through a management company so I was apprehensive. VIP Vacation Services was excellent to work with and was in constant communication with us.

5th year to River Rock Ridge and already planning for next year. Very nice home overlooking the San Juan River. Very quiet area.

The vacation rental was very beautiful. The home was very clean when we got there. My family and I loved how the river was flowing right next to the home, it relaxed all of us. We also loved how the home was only about 7 minutes away from Pagosa Springs, even the drive into town was beautiful! I recommend this home to anyone!

We had a great vacation staying with VIP at River Rock Ridge. The home is well stocked, upgraded appliances, heated floors in bathrooms. Just lots of little extras that make this property stand out above the others. The lone item I would like to see improved would be the water pressure. We will be back in the future and would consider this place for any season when visiting Pagosa Springs.

We rented this beautiful home for our family of 7. We couldn’t have been more pleased! The house is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything you could need. We absolutely loved having coffee out on the beautiful deck each morning as well as eating out there. The view is amazing and the sound of the river was such a bonus! The one and only complaint is that there is no way to access the river from the property. Our kids so badly wanted to go down to the river but there’s no access point unless you drive down the road.
We drove to Chimney Rock, Mesa Verde, Durango, and several hiking trails and waterfalls. The location of the house was perfect for doing those things. Our kids range from 17-3 and the house was great for everyone. There is even a baby gate there to use at the stairs if needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property if you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway.

The house was up to expectations, very clean and easy to get to. The area is very quiet you could even hear a pin if you dropped it on the ground. Definitely will stay here again.

The home was beautiful. We loved staying here with our family, the lower living area was a great way for the kids to hang out together while the adults were upstairs. Beds were all comfortable, the home was a nice size and was very clean and well stocked. Can’t wait to make it back for another stay!

The house was awesome about 20 minutes away from downtown Pagosa. Hiking the trails behind the house is a very easy and scenic. The property has a gate that leads to the trails. There are a ton of things to do in town. It will not be hard to keep yourself entertained. The property management company offer discounted rates to do activities!. The response to needs for the house is crazy fast. My family had a wonderful time

The house was beautiful. All the information that we needed to know was before us. House was stocked with everything we needed. The only suggestion I have is to install ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. I would stay there again for sure!

Giving 4 stars, but I'd really give it 4.5 stars if that was an option. Kitchen nice and well stocked. Living room furniture is newer and very nice. We happened to be in Pagosa with highs in the 90s, so house did get warm during the day, even with best efforts to keep it cool. There have been a lot of comments about firm beds, for us that was fine. This house could hold 16ish people, with 3 bathrooms? We have 7 people, so no issues for us. Basement is pretty basic. Shuffleboard is warn and really not usable. Pagosa was great, home was very nice. Saw multiple deer, couple of bucks, wild turkey and a fox in the immediate neighborhood.

Great location. Just minutes to shopping and dining. Perfect for walks on the quiet streets. Our family loved the game room and hot tub.

Me and my husband looked for months for the best place to spend our honeymoon/anniversary before stumbling on this rental. It had everything we could want. A beautiful view, hot tub, comfortable beds and the most perfect town. Our only complaint were the limited cell service which in some ways was a blessing and the water heater was as strong as our one at home. Over all we are totally talking about rebooking later either this year or next. If you want to feel like you alone with your soulmate book now.

This was a perfect spot for my family of 4. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking right from the backyard and ending our days in the hot tub.

Great spot with a great view.

I was very satisfied with this property. It was clean, well planned, beds were comfortable. I put a lot of value on good linens and cleaning products provided and this property did not skimp on these items. I also appreciate not having to strip beds. The view was gorgeous and hot tub was so nice to relax in.

We hosted some family from out of state for a relaxing weekend. The fishing was awesome, and the home was a perfect fit for the six of us. The property is well-kept and stocked with the usual items you expect. The VIP staff is great to deal with, attentive and timely!

Great place

This home was perfect for our large family with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms everyone had their own space and could shower and "get ready" on time. The 2 kitchens were great and fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and TVs & internet worked well. The communication with the VIP Vacation services was great! It is only 10 minutes from town and I found the road not to be an issue - actually more convenient. I would highly recommend staying at this spacious home. We will be back!

This house is very nice and big. A large family has enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The location is close to many sites and attractions. The only drawback is that the house sets on a busy highway.

we had such a great time visiting Pagosa Springs, and skiing at Wolfcreek ski resort. we absolutely loved the blue moose lodge. It was great for family time, eating together, and playing games! we will definitely be back!!!

Our stay was very relaxing and a wonderful experience.

Blue Moose Lodge was perfect for our family Christmas. With 3 different levels there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The bottom floor was great for the 2 older couples that didn't want to traverse the stairs and the younger bunch enjoyed theb2 upper floors. With 2 kitchens, preparing Christmas dinner wasn't an issue. The house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need all the way down to a sewing kit that we didn't know we needed until we did. Thebhotbtub was greatbafyer a long day of skiing. We hope to visit Pagosa Springs again and stay at the Blue Moose Lodge again in the upcoming year.

Exactly as described/pictured! We rented this house for a ski trip consisting of multiple families. Tons of bedrooms, bathrooms, and space made it perfect. The fact that there were 3 levels of living areas and 2 kitchens was really helpful. All bathrooms really nicely updated. Everything from televisions to WiFi to appliances worked perfectly. Kitchens well stocked for cooking and eating. Perfectly situated within 10 minutes of town and 20 minutes of ski resort. You really can't find any accommodations closer to Wolf Creek. The host was very friendly and helpful beforehand with offering local suggestions for things to do. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Blue Moose lodge was perfect for our skiing holiday. Our group of 6 adults and 6 children was comfortable in every way. Location was easy to get to and close to skiing area AND shopping. Management very responsive to any concern we had.
