6 Stars! My family loved our Spring Break ski trip and staying at this wonderful home. The layout was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen is large with everything you need to cook meals at home. We enjoyed the hot tub every day after skiing. We watched basketball games at night on the large TV while the sunsets across the street were incredible.
The home owners are so kind to allow use of the garage, which is warm and tidy! The home is SO clean. It is very obvious the owners love and care for this home. We loved all the windows. This was our first trip to Pagosa; we will return and rent this home again. When I first started looking at homes, I saw some pretty new builds, that look great in pictures, shiny and new. I am so glad we landed on this cozy, family home! The management company was terrific, even pulling the trashcan out to the street for us. This home was a real treat for us, the perfect home away from home! Thank you.

Great house for a winter ski vacation. Radiant heat in the floors and use of the 2 car garage was awesome! Fully stocked kitchen including an air fryer and keurig. Could see the mountains from the back deck. Hot tub at the end of a long day couldn’t be better.

The home is in a good location, minutes away from grocery stores one direction, a short drive into town the other and its about a 30 minute drive to Wolf Creek ski area. The hot tub was perfect for soaking after a long day on the mountain.

We loved this home. Lots of room for the whole family. The view is awesome. We loved the hot tub after skiing. It has a great convenient location. Packing up our ski equipment in a heated garage was definitely a bonus.

This home was amazing we couldn’t have asked for better place. The decor was so cozy and the home was very close to the lakes. My family and I really enjoyed the upstairs porch. Pictures don’t really do it justice.

We had the best time staying at this home while visiting Pagosa Springs. The setup was perfect for our group with plenty of room for the kids to play and adults to visit. The home is well kept with tasteful updates throughout. Though covered in snow at the time of our visit it was still beautiful to be right on the golf course! We’ll be back!

Great modern house in a quiet neighborhood with great scenery, perfect for our family. House was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. Management company was extremely easy to work with and had great communication. House was not far from restaurants and downtown Pagosa, a little bit farther away from Wal-Mart. All and all a great place and we would definitely stay again!

Staying at Pagosa Contemporary Cabin was an extraordinary experience because of the large windows throughout, its crispness and lack of clutter, and the aesthetics of the house design as well as the beautiful wall designs, light fixtures, and mirrors. You will feel this is your home for the period of time you live in this special place.

This was an outstanding place for our July 4th getaway. It served as base camp for our crew that allowed quick access to the highways to get to Pagosa Springs (5-7 mins away), Treasure Falls (20 mins or so) Big Meadow Reservoir and Williams Creek Reservoir (60 mins or so). Beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of room for our crew of 6 when we weren’t out enjoying Pagosa. A++ on the service and available amenities at the cabin. The property manger helped us save on rafting in Durango and had great options around Pagosa.

The only miss at this place was the lack of ventilation or being able to move the air around the cabin. We were there the week of the 4th and it was warm for Colorado (mid 80s) the large, west facing windows provide stunning views to the valley to the west, but they also let in radiant heat (even with the shades down). We left the windows open and the fans on all day, but there was little breeze to help out. Now, this wasn’t a huge deal as we were out of the cabin most of the day, the letdown was in the evening when it took a while to cool down the bedrooms (master more than the others). Almost everything about this cabin was outstanding, I just think the owner missed an opportunity to make a clean sweep with this oversight.

Would 100% recommend you putting this on your have-to-stay places in Pagosa Springs.

The Pagosa Contemporary Cabin was a perfect little mountain get away for a last minute trip to Pagosa Springs this year. The check-in and out process was easy, and the location of the cabin was just far enough outside of town that we avoided all the crazy traffic.

Second time to stay and it was perfect..the home is clean and comfortable..each time we’ve been, wildlife has been at the back of the house, right out the back window for up close viewing, amazing! Staff at VIP are helpful and always available..

We recently stayed in this rental for 3 nights. The house was incredibly clean. The beds were comfortable to us (memory foam type mattresses). The kitchen was very well stocked (cooking oils, spices, cookware, etc.). The internet was a little slow but considering its satellite-based that's to be expected (it was adequate for streaming with a little buffering). The location was great, it's located in the back of the subdivision, so it was very quiet. The property is surrounded by tall pines which do somewhat block the views of the mountains, but the sunsets are incredible through the trees. The roads leading to the property are not paved, so they are a bit rough in places, nothing major if you take your time. The host was very responsive and quickly arranged for a minor maintenance issue to be addressed. Garage access is not allowed but there was plenty of parking in front. When staying here be sure to visit the wildlife sanctuary about 2 miles away, it was a fantastic experience! Overall, this is a beautiful property and super relaxing, we'll be back!

Absolutely an amazing rental property. Very modern and accommodating.
No expense was spared. Very well equipped with the best of the best. Lori the property manager was on top of our stay from beginning to end. We had ones small issue and she was fast to respond and resolve.
You won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I spent several days at this incredible home and were impressed with every detail. We arrived late on a Sunday and had to contact VIP after hours with a few access questions. They picked up on the first ring, were quick with responses and knew the details of the property.

The home/property itself is a true gem. The nicest vacation rental that we have stayed at to date. Perfect home in a wooded private setting. Close to town, fully stocked and comfortable.

So comfortable. Spacious. And all the right vibes with the cabin. We cooked, we bbq'ed. Jumped in the hottub and played in the game room. Kids had a blast. Would recommend to everyone looking and reading this

Had a wonderful time over Thanksgiving Holiday. The facilities were great and clean overall. Maybe more attention to dusting. One other thing is that there could be an extra towel in bathrooms. One towel for five days is not adequate. You shouldn't have to call for extra towels. All appliances worked great. Beautiful property.

This setting provided an October to remember. The large windows and upstairs deck provide an unlimited view to the fall color. The property provided just the respite we needed from city life. Relaxing on the deck with a book, sitting on the deck at night beside the outside electric "fires" and playing frisbee on the backyard lawn gave us the perfect splash of quiet nature and casual activity. The downtown activity was "just enough"-it wasn't too busy, but restaurants and shops were open to serve. Next time, we'll try the hot springs!

This was a great property and wonderful location to town and Wolfecreek ski area. House was beautiful and was perfect for the four adults. We enjoyed the real wood burning fireplace and hot tub on deck. The team had everything stocked and ready when we arrived and delivered firewood same day for us to enjoy. If looking for a cabin that has amazing views in a great location this is your spot.

We loved our stay at the winters cabin. It was cozy and exactly what we were hoping for in a winter season getaway.

We just spent an amazing 4 nights at Winter’s Cabin and are already planning or next trip! This beautiful cabin felt like home and is perfectly located just outside of Pagosa Springs. The primary bedroom was comfortable and they provided lots of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen is well stocked and they have anything you might need. Hot tub has a beautiful view and was perfect after skiing for the day. Winter’s Cabin exceeded our expectations. We had one small issue and the management company was super responsive and came out within 2 hours of the initial call-best service we have ever had at a rental home. We cannot wait to come back for another trip!

My family and I spent Thanksgiving here. It was fantastic. I was very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was! They had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The space was spotless and we were all very comfortable staying here. The hosts are very responsive and helped with any questions I had. Staying at this gorgeous cabin made for many amazing memories for my family. I would definitely stay here or at one of their other properties again.

A comfortable home for a family or friend get-together, close to 2 lakes, hiking and biking trails in the summer and snow activities in the winter time. The Hot Springs in downtown Pagosa Springs are a short drive away. Deer may be seen in the outdoor grassy area. The living room features a fireplace and comfortable recliners. The dining table expands for meals and activities. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provide spacious sleeping and showering facilitiies. The kitchen is well furnished for storing, preparing, and cooking food. A large outdoor grill is available. Vehicles are protected and secure in an attached 2 car garage. It is fun to explore the surrounding mountains, viewpoints and waterfalls. The temperatures in August were cool and refreshing for someone coming from the hot desert of Arizona.

What a great time my family had! Nice, clean, quiet condo with plenty of space for our family of six. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to make home made meals. Sleeping arrangements were ideal, and beds are comfortable. We enjoyed watching from the back porch neighborhood deer resting under the trees during the day. There are several lakes within walking distance or a short drive. Kids enjoyed kayaking, lots of hiking trails and jogging/walking path near condo. Tubing on the river in town was fun as well. We also enjoyed local place called “Two Chicks & A Hippie” for their famous Sticky Buns! Overall, very nice and relaxing getaway to unplug and enjoy the nature around you!

Peaceful setting with easy access to surrounding scenic areas and Pagosa Springs town. Ample nearby activities for hiking, lakes, and the sights and shops of Pagosa Springs. Walk or bike from the condo to a variety of interesting nearby lakes and trails. Also within a short drive to grocery and Wal-Mart. We drove within an hour to some spectacular hikes and falls, outdoor activities abound.The condo itself feels more like a home. Very inviting and clean. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Large two car garage. Comfortable beds including two king size and two trundle beds. We hardly ever saw other people in the other nearby condos and never heard any noise; nice tranquil setting. Would recommend.

The home was comfortable and quiet, large enough to spread out, with a great soaking tub. Lori at VIP Services was amazing. We really enjoyed our visit. This home is lovely and had everything that we needed. There is a million dollar view from the back patio. We were happy to sit there for hours. We highly recommend this property.
