KITCHEN

This is a kitchen built for people who actually cook — and for those who simply want to be in a beautiful room. A Wolf Range anchors the cooking wall beneath a custom copper hood. The island is finished in dramatic black-and-gold granite with a copper farmhouse under-mount sink, leather barstools pulled up for a front-row seat. Bosch appliances, custom knotty alder cabinetry with oil-rubbed bronze hardware, stone tile backsplash, and pendant lighting over hardwood floors.

The separate dining room is formal without being stiff — a 12-seat table beneath a wrought iron chandelier, a wet bar, and a custom china cabinet, open to the great room and the views beyond. Step out the kitchen door and the covered patio with the BBQ and hot tub is right there.

ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES

Forever Views is appointed at a level that separates it from every other rental in the market.

The home theater is a proper cinema room — tiered leather recliners, projection screen, surround sound, and faux fur throws for cold mountain nights. The cedar dry sauna on the lower level is full-size, built for a long session after a day on the slopes or the trail. Outside, the covered patio shelters a large hot tub and a gas BBQ, with recessed lighting above and the forest beyond. The Brazilian teak deck off the main level frames the panoramic mountain views and provides a generous space for outdoor living at altitude. A stone fire pit anchors the paver courtyard for evenings under the stars.

Inside, the great room anchors everything — floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, soaring log beam ceiling, chandelier, leather furniture, and that view. A second rock fireplace in the primary suite means the best room in the house also has the best fire. Wet bars in both the dining room and the primary suite. Whole-home stereo wired throughout. And central A/C — a genuine rarity in Pagosa Springs.
