NO AC - Like most homes in Pagosa Springs, there is no AC in this home. If you open your windows at night it helps tremendously, and we can provide box fans upon request.
This is a pet friendly home, there is a $75.00 plus tax pet fee per dog, and a refundable $100.00 pet deposit per dog as well, with a 2 dog maximum unless authorized.
