Redwood Mountain Retreat

We rebooked for my daughter’s birthday. We love this house. Such a clean,welcoming and thoughtfully designed home. The floor plan is perfect. Love the 1st floor primary bedroom, bathroom and closet combo as well as the spacious open floor plan. The remaining bedrooms upstairs give more privacy and extra half bath downstairs is perfect.
We appreciated the management approval for later check out and accommodation of extras we requested. We will book again.

Beautiful home and in a very quiet neighborhood. You can be in the town area within 10 minutes and situated very close to several restaurants and grocery stores. This place is a great choice for tall people: Doorways, ceilings, and counter heights are made for you! It makes the space feel even larger than the square footage. Neighborhood was walker-friendly for those that want to get their daily steps in.

House is new, beautifully decorated, clean, and has everything we needed for a long weekend. Only 10 minutes from downtown, and with several restaurants really close, as well. Loved the house and all the detailed design elements. Very comfortable for a family of 5. Gorgeous view out the back, and we stayed during peak leaf season (mid-October) - stunning.

This new home is so amazing. We loved location & the fact it’s new. Only thing we’d change is it needs to be better equipped especially the kitchen. With just 2 of us we made due. But if our family could hv made it it would hv been hard. New plastic plates aren’t dishwasher safe except top rack they don’t fit. A few basic supplies needed as well.

Great location. Great layout for the home - plenty of room for up to 6 people. Lots of deer in the neighborhood. It was a tad warm upstairs in the evening (August) but the owner is adding A/C so no worries!!! Highly recommend this VRBO!!!

This brand new gorgeous home in Pagosa springs was more than we expected! The pictures are wonderful but it’s even better in person. It’s in a great neighborhood and perfect location to get to all the spots! There is a nice table and chairs outside as well, we enjoyed breakfast every morning out there watching the hot air balloons. If we ever go back to Pagosa springs I will definitely rent this place again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us! We enjoyed every moment in Colorado!!
