Located in the Hatcher Lake area, this newly constructed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is very close to the Turkey Springs Trail System with seemingly endless trails through the mountains of Pagosa. Just a short drive and you’ll be at the lake with trophy trout and perfect for kayaking or peddle boating. Ask us about our rentals!
The home is on a quiet street and has a fenced rear yard, and has AC for the summer days. You can enter the home through the available 2 car attached garage or the front door. The front door enters you in to the kitchen / dining area that opens on to the living room with gas fireplace and access to the covered patio in the back yard where you can enjoy a meal in the cool shade. The kitchen is very well stocked and ready for your family meals.
Off of the living room is the access to the garage and a half bath. Down the hall is where you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
All of the furniture in this house is brand new, nicely decorated and very comfortable.
This home is located in the PLPOA area with access to each of the private lakes and fishing is allowed after you purchase the lake fishing permit.
ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

This home is now a pet friendly home! There is a pet fee of $75.00 plus tax per dog as well as a refundable $100.00 per dog. There is a 2 dog maximum unless otherwise authorized.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful home. We loved the layout of the house. The outdoor fence was great for our dachshund. They have thought of everything: laundry, garage, fireplace, outdoor patio, gas grill, new appliances, 2.5 bath. It worked very well for our family of 5.

We have stayed at this property before and would highly recommend this to everyone. A great location, quiet neighborhood and safe. Close to Turkey Springs for a hike, Hatcher Lake and national forest land. The house has everything you need and is also pet friendly which is an added bonus.

We had a great experience with our vacation rental in Pagosa Springs! We had several questions in advance of our arrival, and all were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Our expectations for the home were exceeded. It looked like a brand new home, and we were the first occupants! The mattress in the master bedroom was heavenly. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a very comfortable home. Kitchen and baths were well equipped, comfy master bed, very clean throughout the home. Quiet neighborhood, a bit out of town, but close enough to restaurants and market. This is the best rental we have stayed in, and we have been coming to Pagosa for over 10 years. We'll definitely be back.

We loved our stay at the Pagosa Getaway Cabin! Very nice and quiet location. We were surrounded by wildlife wondering everyday, close to town, and not that far from local amenities like hiking, waterfalls, floating, and great food. A great family experience stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!!! Couldn't ask for anything better. Great stay and we can’t wait to go back.
