If you are looking for a great family home near the amazing Turkey Springs Trail System with over 30 miles of hiking/biking trails and Lake Hatcher with some of the best trout in Pagosa Springs, Pagosa Peak Retreat is the home for you.
On the main floor there is an extra-large and fully stocked kitchen that opens to the dining and living room with new leather furniture, large flat screen TV and plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The room is large with plenty of natural light and opens on to the large rear deck with gas grill, table, chairs and wonderful valley views. Down the hall you’ll find the master suite with king bed, TV, split bathroom and large walk in closet. The master bedroom also has sliding glass doors that exit on to the rear deck. Also, on the main level is a powder room and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Upstairs are 2 extra large bedrooms each with queen beds, walk in closets and share a common bathroom with separate sinks available to each bedroom. Both bedrooms have amazing views of mountains, valley and Lake Hatcher.
This home is located close to Piedra road for easy access, has plenty of parking close to the front door and RV or toy trailer parking on the side.
ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.
This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
This home does not have AC.
Check in time is at 4:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM.

We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect for our family. The fireplace was amazing and offered ambiance and warmth after a day in the snow. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Wonderful VRBO house!

Everything went smoothly, from reservations, communication with the host, and the home was wonderful. Located within a half mile of the National Forest, we were able to take daily tours down the dirt roads into the mountains. We were also pretty close to town so fuel-ups and groceries were easily accessible.

A beautiful house and location! We really enjoyed our stay here. There were a couple of very minor issues that were quickly resolved by the managers. The internet went out, but the managers quickly brought us a hot spot to work from. This was very helpful since I had some work to finish and my cell phone company was throttling my internet speed making it difficult to get work done. My husband discovered a few dirty utensils/dishes that someone had put away before checking if they were clean, not that big of deal in the grand scheme of things. Overall, beautiful place and location, would definitely stay here again!

This was perfect for my husband and I, and our two little dogs. Very quiet neighborhood, easy access to trails (you can walk to trailheads), and the house has everything you will need. Kitchen well appointed, we ate in everyday. Comfortable bed in the master suite, can't speak to the guest room beds upstairs. Be aware there is no air conditioning, I somehow missed that detail and the first couple of days it was very hot in the house from 4-8 pm. Cools off nicely at night. Love the mountains!

The home was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with the ceiling fan in the living room and because it was unusually warm we really needed it to work. The issue was finally resolved by new battery in the remote. And the paper products provided were of extremely low quality. Subpar for this house.

This was my 4th year coming up to Pagosa with my family and friends and again it never disappoints. This home was beautiful and served its purpose in everyday possible.. My family and I stayed in a property in Pagosa Springs. The house was perfect for our family...four adults and two children *(and two Shelties). We were in the middle of everything yet the house was very private, close to all activities, and very clean. The management staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Overall, we had a great time ad look forward to working with this staff again. I would recommend this property to anyone.

My husband and my daughter and 2 dogs stayed for a week. Fantastic! It took us no time at all to settle into this beautiful and well appointed space. It truly felt like home. All of the conveniences, very clean, beauty that only Colorado can provide, and trails just down the street! Our daughter said they were some of the most well cared for trails she had seen. This home is made for families to hang out ! The management company is exceptional! All of our needs were met and our questions answered ASAP. They are all about friendly service! This space surpasses even the lovely photos online, and it was just what we needed to relax and vacate stresses of life.

If we come back to Pagosa, we would stay here again. It was comfy for the entire family. It was nice to be able to use the garage too. The only draw back was the dining room table was pretty wobbly, but everything else was great. We were all amazed at how well stocked the house was. There was plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and bathroom supplies. The back porch was great too. We enjoyed star gazing at night and coffee outside in the morning.

This property was close to biking and hiking trails, not too far from town, and allowed us to relax on our vacation. It was everything we needed.
This trip was to attend a celebration of life for my brother who was a long term resident of Pagosa Springs. Thus, we did not spend much time in the house. The time we did spend was delightful. It is a beautiful house with excellent views. Coffee and birdwatching on the back deck was a wonderful way to start each day. The house was clean, very nicely furnished and has an attractive layout. The only improvement I would suggest is putting twin beds in one of the upstairs bedrooms. This would make the house more attractive to unrelated adult guests.
