This home has a vaulted ceiling, a warming gas stove (controlled by a thermostat), a well-equipped, full kitchen, and a convenient desk and chair for your laptops. New mini-split AC units have been added in the living room and bedrooms for greater comfort. When you're not lounging comfortably inside, head out to the back deck, which includes a covered patio and hot tub, or keep the kids company as they frolic in the large yard. This home also has a washer/dryer so you can pack lightly and enjoy your time away without worrying about laundry.
The upstairs shower has been recently renovated for guest convenience. For sleeping options, there are three comfortable bedrooms: two are queen beds and one king bed with skylights and a private balcony. There is plenty of space for everyone.

I have stayed at this unit 4 times now... it is without a doubt one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed at. It is cute as a button, furnished with all the amenities and then some (fully stocked gourmet kitchen + outdoor grill), big screen TV, hot tub, 2 great porches/patios, and a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. The furnishings look brand new, and the rental manager is very responsible. This is definitely my "go to" rental in Southern Colorado, and I plan to return as soon as I get another opportunity. JR

Bee Chipper is a wonderful home to come back to after a day of exploring and skiing. On a quiet cul-de-sac, it is conveniently located near town with good good restaurants and shopping near by. Short drive to Wolf Creek Pass for skiing. Plenty of room to relax, nice big kitchen with everything you might need. Would definitely stay again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this adorable home in Pagosa Springs, and I can't recommend it enough! The house is charming and cozy, making it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub provided a wonderful way to unwind after a day of skiing at Wolf Creek and the location is super convenient, close to the heart of downtown Pagosa. The home itself is spacious and great for entertaining. The warm, inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.If you're looking for a place that offers both comfort and convenience, this rental home is an excellent choice. I look forward to returning in the future!
My family stayed here with another couple in the winter for a few days while skiing at wolf creek pass. It was toasty warm with the fireplace... and nice hot tub. A Great place to relax after hitting the slopes. The kitchen has everything you need to entertain! This place is a short drive from the town where there are a lot of cool places to check out. Highly recommend :)!
