What an amazing vacation rental! Newly built, this home is comfortable and loaded with old school craftmanship. 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths will sleep 8 in beds.
You enter the home in the living room that opens to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well stocked and all new appliances. The dining area is in the kitchen and opens to the living room where you can enjoy the gas fireplace or watch TV. There is a half bath off the living room. Beyond the kitchen is the laundry room and a little further is the Queen bed master suite with full bath, lots of windows and has a separate outside door. The 2 car tandem garage is accessible off the laundry area.
Upstairs are 2 very nice bedrooms with views. One with a queen, one with queen bunkbeds. Both share a full bathroom.
This home is located very close to the San Juan River, with excellent fishing, floating and unbelievable scenery. You are a short walk to Yamaguchi Park and a little further of a walk you can be at the World Famous Pagosa Hot Springs. You will be 20 minutes or so from Wolf Creek Ski Basin and many unbelievable hikes, waterfalls and beautiful scenery.
This home does not allow pets.
ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

From start to finish it was a great experience. Excellent communication, easy to find, and clear instructions when we were checking out. The house itself was fantastic! Very clean and spacious and the quiet street was an excellent place for our vacation. Really only the best things to say about this rental.

we thoroughly enjoyed this house in Pagosa Springs. It was well appointed and roomy enough for 8 adults. Although one of the upstairs rooms was chilly at night, management responded immediately and delivered a space heater!! The house was minutes from the springs, downtown shops and restaurants. Great location, comfortable home--can't recommend it enough!

This is an amazing rental and Lori was very accommodating! The beds aren’t the most comfortable but that’s not a big deal . The location and whole aesthetic of the house makes up for it . It’s a 5 min drive to the springs and about 35 to wolf . I definitely would stay here again .

We enjoyed our stay in the Downtown Craftsman in Pagosa Springs. Very attentive host that went above and beyond to accommodate us. Beautiful Home with everything you need to make you feel right at home away from home! We loved parking in the garage so that our vehicles were not covered in snow and ice. Great Location, convenient to everything Pagosa Springs has to offer.

The VIP staff were great at providing information and checking in. The house was in great shape and in a great location. Everything matched the online description. We have four kids ages 9 and below. Several small details made our three night stay even easier: hangers, closet organizers, dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, enough towel hooks in bathrooms, even dirty clothes hangers. So nice to have more than one day worth of the consumable items!
