When will my deposit be refunded?
If there is no damage, the deposit refund will be requested within 5 days after departure date. Refunds may take up to 7 days from the date of our request.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations for bookings less than 1 year prior to the check in date have a 100% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to the check in date. Cancellations for bookings greater than 1 year to the check in date have a 100% refund if cancelled 60 days prior to the check in date and 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to the check in date.

Is early check-in available?
Normal check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Please inquire a day or two before arrival for an early check in request, and a day before check-out for a later check out request. If scheduling permits, we can grant early check-in or late checkout. A fee will be charged to check-ins before 2pm.
